2009-2010 Christmas Tree Guide
You can place your whole undecorated tree at the curb on your regular service day between December 28th and January 8th. We will be operating an additional truck that will just be picking up the Christmas trees. Please have your tree out early as the truck will likely be in your neighborhood earlier than the regular service trucks. The trees are being collected at no extra charge and the chippings will be available on a first come first serve basis. Once chipped the chippings will be delivered to the lot on the corner of 4th and Pine St.
The Rules
- Have your tree at the curb on your regular pickup day no later than 6:00Am
- Remove all decorations
- Remove the stand
- Don't cut it up
- Make sure it is visible to the drivers (best to place it next to your trash can, but not blocking it)
- We won't accept flocked trees to be recycled (You'll need to cut it up and place it in your trash can)
